Join us for the 2026–2027 Oratorical Scholarship Competition hosted by the Northern Virginia Section of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc.
This year’s theme celebrates 100 Years of Black History Recognition in the U.S. We invite 12th-grade students of African descent to reflect on the impactful legacy of past leaders and heroes. Explore their struggles, victories, and how they shaped your opportunities today.
